Vicky Lu
Founder & Director
Vicky Lu is a New Zealand Citizen who is fluent in English, Shanghainese and Mandarin.
Vicky’s qualifications and experience include:
Vicky Lu provides accounting, bookkeeping, and secretarial services in New Zealand that represent and support foreign investors in M & A investment projects, AML and foreign direct investment. She promotes efficiencies in implementing IFRS standards, funds portfolio management, merger, and acquisition analysis, minimizing risk exposure as well as supporting legal and regulatory compliance and providing corporate governance support for foreign investors wanting to do business in New Zealand.
Her professional experience includes advice and guidance in taxation issues, plus mergers and acquisition advice involving multinational clients. She has been a principal consultant for international media and is the Founder and Executive Director of Beyond Media International Group in New Zealand.
Vicky founded RE Finance Group Ltd in New Zealand with a purpose of offering financial support services and administering social equity initiatives that can leverage more affordable and competitive financing for worthy marginalized individuals so that they can achieve their educational potential and objectives.

Ron Perkinson
Director
Ron Perkinson is a New Zealand citizen. He is an International Education Consultant with the following experience:
Ron has held chairman, director and senior executive positions in the education sector and in multinational service companies in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and the United States spanning more than 30 years. His role at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) assisted the establishment of a new Global Health & Education Group focusing on private for-profit and not-for-profit education projects in developing economies. Since his retirement from the IFC, his consulting projects have mainly focused on education sector innovative financing as well as developing private sector strategies for competitive and innovative tertiary systems for education, training and lifelong learning in knowledge-based economies. His international innovative financing projects include structuring initiatives where aid, donor and philanthropic financing can leverage more affordable and competitive financing for tertiary students from marginalized backgrounds.
